Very focused approach, but the information gathered via the Internet and emails can not compare to viewing houses. We advise you allocate time to see some of our recommendations based on your feedback.

More common approach. We meet to look over some houses you have chosen and some we advise and adapt the viewings as we learn more about your requirements. It is best to leave a day at the end of the viewings to look a second time at houses you thought were more interesting.

For first time visitors to Abruzzo, who are discovering the area, a tour with an estate agent can save you a lot of days looking at houses you no longer want to see, in places with all the wrong characteristics. It helps you understand what you want from your home in Abruzzo.

Relaxing Tour (with program)
Relaxing Tour (with program) Maximum 4 people
Day 1 - Pick up from Pescara airport and drop off at accommodation. Evening meal booked at a local restaurant.
Day 2 – pick up at 9.30 from your accommodation to view houses in a sea side town of Torino Di Sangro. Aperitif / light lunch. Move on to the historic city of Lanciano for a tour of the main sights and to see two houses. Drop off at 18.00.
Day 3 – pick up at 9.30 from your accommodation to view houses in the hills with mountain views at Palombaro. Lunch at a local restaurant followed by a tour of a mountain town Fara San Martino and the river Verde. Drop off at 18.00.
Day 4 – pick up at 9.30 from your accommodation to view houses in the mountains around Torricella Peligna. Lunch at a local restaurant followed by a tour of Lake Bomba and a mountain town Villa Santa Maria. Drop off at 18.00.
Day 4 –Drop off at Pescara airport.
Total cost of the above programs (includes accommodation, four meals, transport but excludes flight and insurance) Euro 690 including IVA for the first person and Euro 70 for every extra person (maximum four people)

Day 2 – pick up at 8.30 from your accommodation to view houses in two sea side town of Torino Di Sangro and Palieta. Aperitif / light lunch. Move on to view houses in the historic city of Lanciano and then on to Castel Frentano. Drop off at 18.00.
Day 3 – pick up at 8.30 from your accommodation to view houses in the hills with mountain views at Palombaro and Civitella Messer Raimondo. Lunch at a local restaurant followed houses at Fara San Martino and Gessopalena. Drop off at 18.00.
Day 4 – pick up at 8.30 from your accommodation to view houses in the mountains around Torricella Peligna and Montazoli . Lunch at a local restaurant followed by houses in Rosello and Bomba. Drop off at 18.00.
Day 4 –Drop off at Pescara airport.
